I’ve cut out all meats in my diet for quite a while now, and I’ve never felt better. I have more energy and have better health. I also have peace of mind knowing that I am no longer supporting cruel factory farming. In addition, I’m not putting all of those antibiotics and hormones that are fed to farm animals into my body. If you aren’t vegan or vegetarian, you might wan to give it a try for a month. If you do, you won’t go back!
